Buffalo Chicken Pizza



  • Almond Flour Pizza Crust

  • Shredded Goat Cheddar Cheese 

  • Chopped Spinach 

  • Thinly Sliced Red Onion

  • Shredded Pastured Chicken (from weekend prep)  

Buffalo Sauce: 

  • 1/2 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce 

  • 2.5 teaspoons of avocado oil or ghee 

  • 1 tablespoon of coconut aminos 

  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar 


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 

  2. Prepare pizza dough according to recipe. 

  3. Bake “bare” in a pre-heated oven for 8-10 minutes. 

  4. While dough is baking, add all ingredients for Buffalo Sauce to a mason jar and shake until well mixed.

  5. When dough is pre-baked, top with all ingredients. 

  6. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is done to your likeness.
