Greek Pizza

  • Almond Flour Pizza Crust

  • Olive Oil

  • Shredded Goat Cheddar Cheese

  • Chopped Spinach

  • Thinly Sliced Red Onion

  • Quartered Artichoke Hearts

  • Black Olives

  • Feta Cheese


  1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Prepare pizza dough according to recipe.

  3. Bake “bare” in a pre-heated oven for 8-10 minutes.

  4. Spread a thin layer of olive oil on top of the par baked crust (or you could also use sweet potato puree as a sauce, or compliant pesto)

  5. Top with remaining ingredients, except feta.  

  6. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is done to your likeness.  

  7. Sprinkle with fresh feta and serve immediately
