Shredded Goat Cheddar Cheese
Thinly Sliced Red Onion
Quartered Artichoke Hearts
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
Prepare pizza dough according to recipe.
Bake “bare” in a pre-heated oven for 8-10 minutes.
Spread a thin layer of olive oil on top of the par baked crust (or you could also use sweet potato puree as a sauce, or compliant pesto)
Top with remaining ingredients, except feta.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is done to your likeness.
Sprinkle with fresh feta and serve immediately
