Oven Roasted Cabbage

Ingredients:

  • 1 small head of red or green cabbage

  • 2 TB olive oil

  • Seasonings of your choice (you could go sweet, Italian, spicy...this can be tailored to your liking)  

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

  2. Wash cabbage,  cut into wedges and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil and spices

  4. Pour olive oil mixture over cabbage

  5. Using a marinating brush, brush oil over all sides of cabbage

  6. Roast in preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, depending on your desired level of crispiness
