Prebiotic Power Salad
Mixed Salad Greens
Thinly sliced Red Onion
1/2 cup EVOO
¼ Balsamic Vinegar
Pre-heat an outdoor grill to 400 degrees
Add two heaping handfuls of spinach and leafy greens to your plate.
Top greens with red onion, grilled cauliflower, asparagus and goat cheese.
Add extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO) and vinegar together. Whisk well and drizzle desired amount over the salad.
** This salad is easy to keep vegetarian, but could also be topped with a small portion of grilled chicken, steak or any fresh, wild caught fish.
