Sweet Potato Chicken Pizza with Balsamic Glaze
Organic Sweet Potato Purée
Grilled, pastured chicken
Shredded Goat Cheddar Cheese
Shredded Pecorino Romano Cheese
1 cup balsamic vinegar
Make and bake crust according to directions linked above.
Spread desired amount of sweet potato purée over the crust to serve as a sauce.
Top pizza with grilled pastured chicken, chopped spinach, shredded goat cheese and shredded pecorino romano cheese.
Once topped, bake for approximately 10 minutes
Meanwhile, add 1 cup of balsamic vinegar to a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to medium-low. Allow vinegar to reduce to 2/3 or 3/4, whisking often as to ensure it doesn’t burn.
Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
