Sweet Potato Chicken Pizza with Balsamic Glaze



  • Almond Flour Crust

  • Organic Sweet Potato Purée

  • Grilled, pastured chicken

  • Chopped Spinach

  • Shredded Goat Cheddar Cheese

  • Shredded Pecorino Romano Cheese

  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar


  1. Make and bake crust according to directions linked above.

  2. Spread desired amount of sweet potato purée over the crust to serve as a sauce.

  3. Top pizza with grilled pastured chicken, chopped spinach, shredded goat cheese and shredded pecorino romano cheese.

  4. Once topped, bake for approximately 10 minutes

  5. Meanwhile, add 1 cup of balsamic vinegar to a small saucepan over medium heat.  Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to medium-low. Allow vinegar to reduce to 2/3 or 3/4, whisking often as to ensure it doesn’t burn.  

  6. Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
